SLA uses a process called photopolymerization. This is where a laser cures liquid resin into a plastic.

This process lets you print highly detailed components. this is ideal if you requiring tight tolerances, or a nice smooth surface finish.

SLS prints are created by fusing powdered polymers with lasers. This allows prints with no support structures, meaning you can create more complex geometries.

SLS components have excellent mechanical properties and are comparable to injection moulded parts.

Parts are created by machining a base material of metal or plastic. As a result they are inherently strong and durable.

This process is both accurate and repeatable. We can quickly create components that require no investment in tooling.

The Rubber Compression Moulding process is where a rubber material is put under heat and pressure to create a new geometry.

Manufacturing the moulds is very quick. Therefore we can produce prototype rubber parts in very short timescales.
